What will happen to this polytechnics in the next 10 years. Lets discuss about this topic.

In my opinion, for sure :

1.Size - the size of each polytechnics definitely will increased. The numbers of students in every polytechnic will double up in the next 10 years.New buildings will be built to accommodate this increment.

2. Facilities – I’m always dreams that one day in the future all politehnics will be equipped with a complete up-to-date facilities.For example world class library , sports complex,a condusive learning environments (for example airconded classroom,modern and hassle free computer lab, up-to-date engineering lab,software,machinery etc) and accommodation.

3. Human resources – I’m really confident that our government and politechnics top management are able to expand politechnics size and facilities.Our government have adequate resources (financial, human power and etc) to materialized it.But they will face a problem to change human (lectures and supporting staff) mind set, cultures and attitude.Hopefully in the future politechnics staff will become more committed and performed well, for the sake of the nation.
